Soros Court of India

#Adani_Hindenburg_Soros

On March 2, 2023, the Supreme Court (SC) of India constituted a six-member expert committee to review the regulatory mechanism in light of the Adani-Hindenburg issue. In one order, Supreme Court has erased the statutory existence of SEBI.

However, let us have a 'Dekho' at the six members of the said committee constituted by the Supreme Court of India.

1. Justice AM Sapre (former SC judge), Head of the Committee.

2. Justice JP Devadhar (former Bombay High Court judge),

3. OP Bhatt (former Chairman of State Bank of India), [In 2018, the Economic Times reported that OP Bhatt and other State Bank of India officials were under the Central Bureau of Investigation’s (CBI) scanner for disbursing loans to Vijay Mallya without conducting due diligence.] Rest is the history.

4. KV Kamath (former Chairman of Infosys Ltd.), In 2012, KV Kamath said in an interview, “Of all the people I have mentored, Chanda is my favourite. She knows how to manage her priorities. However challenging the assignment, she always delivered. I just had to keep giving her bigger opportunities.” However, mentee Chanda Kochhar and her husband were arrested in the alleged loan fraud case. The mentee Chanda Kochhar allegedly disbursed high-value loans to Videocon in contravention of the ICICI Bank’s lending policies". Rest is the history.

5. Nandan Nilekani (co-founder of Infosys Ltd.). In a 2016 interview with On Think Tanks, Nandan Nilekani’s wife, Rohini Nilekani, said, “There are several I admire and it is hard to pick out one. Certainly, George Soros’ work with the Open Society Foundations, some aspects of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, many of the early work of Ford Foundation, many other smaller groups that are doing small but important work and there are lessons to be taken form there also.” It is pertinent to note, that recently George Soros expressed hope for Narendra Modi’s downfall in light of Adani-Hindenburg issue and hoped for a “democratic revival” of India.

6. Advocate Somasekhar Sundaresan. The Supreme Court collegium recommended his appointment as a judge at the Bombay High Court; however, the Government of India objected to his elevation. He is also an Oxfam India board member, an organisation under the Income Tax Department’s radar for alleged financial fraud.

Four members (3 to 6) have dubious reputation. They have either presided over fraud NPAs or have a direct link to George Soros who has openly declared war on India to overthrow the democratically elected popular Modi Government. These four are demonstrably the lobby guys and do not inspire any confidence. Besides they lack necessary skills.

Is it a case that Chief Justice Dr. D Y Chandrachud did not know the background of these four gentlemen? Unlikely. Yet he went ahead with these four Johnnies. I leave the rest to the discerning people of Bharat.

The first two respectable members are retired High Court judges but lack necessary knowledge to go into the intricacies of valuation, market dynamics, short selling, etc.

It seems the two respectable retired Judges of good track record are sent to the Committee to lend semblance of credibility to the report to be prepared by other four characters of dubious background.

Will the people of India be faulted if they were to infer that these guys seem to be planted by Soros through the Supreme Court of India?

Will the people of India be faulted if they were to call the Supreme Court of India as the Soros Court in India?

Will the people of India be faulted if they were to infer that the whole exercise undertaken by the Supreme Court of India is at the behest of George Soros to validate the fake analysis by Hindenburg, which is nothing but a front of George Soros himself?

Public are smart enough to see how Soros is sabotaging the growing Indian economy through his well cultivated and nurtured ecosystem that seems to have percolated deep inside the Supreme Court.

If anyone is to be investigated, it is the Hindenburg and George Soros, an international economic terrorist who is a persona non grata in Hungary, his own country, and not anyone else.

The Union Government should constitute a six member Committee of Nationalist Indians to go into the opaque Collegium System that is above the Constitution with absolute ZERO accountability. The Committee should also go into the personal background of all SC judges and their family members like spouce(s), siblings, sons, daughters, etc. People have a right to know everything about the Judges sitting in various Courts.

May we ask you one question Mr. CJI!? When are you constituting one such Committee to supervise/regulate Cabinet Committee meetings headed by the PM? How about constituting a committee of all 23 SC Judges to regulate the Parliament itself?

People of Bharat have had enough of this Supreme Court (SC) which has now come to be ridiculed as Sonia Court, Sharia Court, Secular Court and now Soros Court.
